It's time to pay your 2019 SPCA dues! SPCA's membership year is based on a calendar year, so if you haven't paid your dues since January 1, then it's time to renew. Dues are just $20 for individuals, $30 for two adults at the same address, and $10 for each additional adult at the same address, and members get discounts on garden tour tickets, yard sale registration, and t-shirts.
SPCA dues are paid on an annual basis. The membership year is from January 1 to December 31.

Brenda Mejia Profile
Brenda Mejia has been proud to call Shepherd Park home for five years. The varied architecture and tree-lined streets drew her here from Silver Spring, and the hard-to-find-in-DC neighborliness has inspired her to build her business right here. Brenda strives to provide personalized service to her clients. Every buyer, seller and property is unique, and Brenda’s goal is to make each transaction a stress-free and pleasant experience.
Compass provides amazing tools that take full advantage of emerging technology, along with top-notch marketing and contracts teams, so that Brenda is able to focus 100% on her clients.
Prior to the real estate business, Brenda enjoyed a 20-year career in the publishing division of the World Bank Group. This gave her the privilege to work with people from all over the world, and helped hone her attention to detail.
In her spare time, Brenda enjoys volunteering for community events, skiing, yoga, hiking in Rock Creek Park, curling, and kayaking on the Potomac, in addition to DIY projects and spending time with her nearly grown children.
Brenda is happy to provide a realistic price analysis for your home, or advise on which improvements will give the best return on investment. She is also an investor in rental property, and can share first-hand experience on all the ins and out of being a DC landlord.
